10. Click on the ‘Try Another Way’ at the bottom. Here, a small pop-up menu will open. Select the ‘Get Support’.                                                                                         
11. On the next screen there will be a couple of options. On this screen, you need to select ‘My Account was hacked’.                                                                                                 
12. Then, two options will be visible on the next screen. You have to select the first option, ‘Yes I have a photo of myself in my account’.                                                             
13. Instagram then asks you, ‘how can we reach you?‘ Here you need to enter the email that you can access on your laptop and your phone.                                                     
14. Then, you will receive an email instantly with a new verification code.
15. Now, enter the verification code and as soon as you enter the verification code you need to be ready to do the video selfie verification.                                                 
16. Hold your phone in your hand a little distant from your face, probably under good light. Face should not be covered. Instagram asks you to move your head around.           
17. After video verification is done. Click on the submit button.

Secure Your Instagram Account
